2. About the product  

■We only handle products that we believe to be of the highest quality on the market. 

■There may be slight individual differences depending on the product.

■The color and shape of the photos on the website may appear different depending on the shooting environment, screen, and image quality.

3. About orders and payments   

■When you receive the order and payment completion email, please check that the customer information and product are correct.

■Bank transfer or cash on delivery is possible.

■If the item is out of stock, we will cancel your order by sending you an email informing you of the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.  


4. Returns (refunds) and exchanges  

■If there is a problem with the product, you must take a photo of the product and send us the image via LINE or email within 7 days of receiving it. 

■Please note that if you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

■In the event of a return or refund due to customer reasons after the product has arrived, only the product price will be fully refunded.Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■ When exchange, return or cancellation is not possible 

When your order has been shipped.

- If 7 days have passed since the product was delivered.

- If there are signs of use such as incorrect text on accessories or tags, small scratches, damage to the box, slight stains, or the item being different from what was shown

- If the tab, label or packaging of the product has been removed.     


5. About shipping   

■ Please understand that since  the shipping origin is from overseas , delivery times may vary greatly before making your purchase.

■Delivery is available nationwide (Asia, America, Europe, etc.).

■REON SHOP does not sell products from inventory; instead, we place orders with business partners and factories, receive products from them, inspect them, and then deliver them to customers.

Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot ship items immediately.

■If the storage period expires due to a customer error or mistake, or if the product cannot be received, the delivery company will discard the product, and the customer will be responsible for half of the product price and shipping costs.

Therefore, if you are unable to receive the product due to a customer error or omission, we will only be able to refund half of the product price. Thank you for your understanding.

Since we are a small parcel delivery business for individuals, we can only deliver to personal addresses and we cannot accept deliveries to logistics companies, shipping company offices, or post offices.

In addition, to avoid any problems, we do not accept pickup at convenience stores, post offices, or branch offices.

■Due to weight issues, we may send the items separately, so please understand this in advance.

6. Regarding reviews, announcements, 1:1 inquiries, and payment confirmation message boards
■REON SHOP does not operate on reviews, 1:1 inquiries, or payment confirmation message boards in any way.

■Please feel free to post any content on the review, 1:1 inquiry, and payment confirmation message boards as long as it does not violate the above.

■However, this does not apply to content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, libelous or slanderous to third parties, or offensive, or that contains software viruses, political statements, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass email transmissions, or so-called "spam."  


7. Points : Points cannot be transferred or exchanged to other partner point programs or other companies' point programs.

At Leon Shop, points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Points can only be used to purchase products through the account used to earn the points.

In addition, points cannot be transferred to another account . (Points can only be transferred to another account if the previous account is no longer available due to our circumstances, such as a site migration. )  

Reviews with photos must be actual photos; if not, points will be awarded in the same way as for reviews without photos.

■Points will generally be awarded approximately one month after the product arrives, and if the customer contacts us to inform us of the arrival of the product or writes a review after the product arrives, points will be awarded immediately.


8. About these Terms  

■We may amend these Terms and Conditions or additional provisions for specific Services that apply to the Services. 

Users should check these Terms and Conditions regularly.
