 Shipping Information 
Orders for your ordered items are processed in order starting from 3:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday). (On Saturdays, orders are processed starting from 12:00 PM.)
We apologize for any inconvenience, but orders paid for after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.
Please be aware of this.
The delivery period is 7 to 14 days from the time of payment confirmation (order) to the time for product preparation (excluding public holidays).
Depending on the product, there may be delays in delivery if there are issues with our partner factories or delivery companies (stock outs, holidays, defective products, exchanges, etc.), so we ask for your understanding.
Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
You can check the tracking number on the tracking service of each shipping company within 2 to 4 days after receiving the shipping completion email.
(If you are unable to check the delivery status after 4 days or more, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us.)
Once the tracking number is updated, delivery will be completed in 2 to 4 days.
We do not sell products in stock, but rather place orders with our partner factories, etc., and after receiving the products, we inspect them at our company before delivering them to our customers.
We apologize, but due to the above sales method, we are unable to ship immediately.

■Please understand that since the shipping origin is from overseas, delivery times may vary greatly before making your purchase. 
■Delivery is available nationwide (Asia, America, Europe, etc.).
■REON SHOP does not sell products from inventory; instead, we place orders with business partners and factories, receive products from them, inspect them, and then deliver them to customers.
Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot ship items immediately.
■If the storage period expires due to a customer error or mistake, or if the product cannot be received, the delivery company will discard the product, and the customer will be responsible for half of the product price and shipping costs.
Therefore, if you are unable to receive the product due to a customer error or omission, we will only be able to refund half of the product price. Thank you for your understanding.
■Since we are a small parcel delivery business for individuals, we can only deliver to personal addresses and we cannot accept deliveries to logistics companies, shipping company offices, or post offices.
In addition, to avoid any problems, we do not accept pickup at convenience stores, post offices, or branch offices.
■Due to weight issues, we may ship the items separately, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
